Sheila writes: This photo was taken by James Mitchell Anderson, my maternal grandmother's youngest brother, during World War 2. Jim and his wife Thomasina (maiden surname Ross) lived at 12 Station Road for many years. I have also attached the note which Jim wrote on the back of the original photo, which he had mailed to my grandmother who was living in Verdun, Canada, by then (she arrived in May 1930 along with my mother and my Uncle Harry; my grandfather, Henry Chalmers McColl, had arrived the previous August).
